US History – Modern 20th Century

Course Description: This full year course will trace the history of the United States from the beginning of the 20th Century to the present, with an emphasis on the American person. Please note, the first weeks of class will include a brief review of Post Modern American history. Students will examine major social, cultural, and political events that shaped America during this time period.
