Prerequisites: NOT mandatory, but Intro to Spanish would be great to have before this class. (we offer Intro to Spanish at 11AM at ECHO)

Course Description: Spanish 1 is a comprehensive introduction to the study of Spanish. It is organized in 4 Units with 2 chapters for each Unit. Each chapter clearly introduces the topic and provides a variety of activities for student practice at home and interpersonal practice in class.
Instructor generated handouts. Parents are required to verify student has completed homework on time.
Homework: Homework will be assigned in each class section as well as from course handouts.
Note: This book has some materials that will be used in Spanish 2 for those students who will continue to complete 2 years Spanish.
