Instructor Background
Hi, my name’s Alison Ranck, an Echo alumna, and I’ve been playing piano since 2018. Music has connected me to many things: singing (with Central Oklahoma homeschool choirs), dancing (with Lord of the dance), and worship leading at Grace Church. For anyone’s concern, just want to give a heads up that I have Mosaic Down Syndrome in my genetic make up. This doesn’t affect me much during the lesson, but the only exception I have found is that I have great difficulty teaching anyone that has dyslexia. If your child has learning challenges, I would be happy to meet with you to try to determine if I would be a good piano teacher fit for him/her. Outside of Echo, I work at Not Your Average Joe. At home I enjoy making piano originals, art, and reading. Praise him with the sound of the trumpet; praise him with the harp and lyre. Psalm 150:3
