Course Description: This is an entry-level course in computing technology and navigating the modern digital world. Computer topics will include: spreadsheets, slideshows, word processors, note taking, file types, and internet navigation. We will also cover the fundamentals of computer programming/coding in developing some very simple games and applications. This class also includes a substantial focus on the basics of financial literacy. Financial literacy topics will include: budgeting, saving and investing, bitcoin, credit and debt, income and taxes, job benefits, and online banking.
