Intermediate Level Praise Acoustic Guitar (30 minutes)
***This intermediate-level course is for students who have already taken my beginner guitar class or those who can complete a list of skills demonstrated while on a Zoom meeting for approval. If students are not ready for the intermediate level, they can join the beginner class instead.***

Class Size: Minimum of 3 and maximum of 6 students per half-hour class
Fees: $35/month tuition, PLUS a one-time $15 material fee for printing and spring showcase

Students will learn more involved strumming patterns and the art of fingerpicking. Additionally, students will learn theory behind the capo and how to apply it to transposing. Through learning more about playing an acoustic guitar, students will praise God with their music.

Tutor Background: Having lived in seven places because her dad was in the military, Charisa Tullos has been homeschooled her whole life and has attended ECHO for four years. She is currently taking concurrent classes and plans to attend Mid-America Christian University upon graduation.
She has been playing guitar for about four years and played piano for several years before that. She is a part of her church’s youth group worship team as a guitarist and vocalist. Her favorite pastime is praising the Lord through song and strings.
