Course Description: This will be a hands-on class full of fun where we will study the amazing creation that is the human body! We’ll learn about each system, our growth and development, some health and nutrition and more! Our classroom learning will include: conversational lessons, journal work, some reading and writing, videos, educational models and projects.
Instructor Background: Hello! I am a married homeschooling mom of 3. We are in our 12th year of homeschooling and have graduated two wonderful daughters. I am also a registered nurse and continue to maintain my license. I am a Christian who loves to study and marvel at the handiwork of our creator in the complexity of the human body. As a teacher I hope to instill respect and awe for God’s creation in all of my students. “For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made, I know that full well.” Psalm 139:13-14
