STUDY HALL – ‘CAT’ (Common Area Time) Monitors: Kristi Shirley
Ages: 2nd Grade and up unaccompanied by an adult Fees: $10 per hour flat monthly fee per student.
Description: Study Hall - ‘CAT’, is for students who have a free hour in-between classes, when unaccompanied by an adult. Students must be either enrolled in a class or in CAT while on campus. This ensures someone is available to supervise the student. If a student is younger than 2nd Grade, they must be accompanied by an adult while not in class.
For Example:
If your student spends one (1) hour per week in CAT, the total monthly CAT fee is $10.
If your student spends two (2) hours per week in CAT, the total monthly CAT fee is $20. If your student spends three (3) hours per week in CAT, the total monthly CAT fee is $30.
**If your student has a 30 minute break there is no charge but please have them sign in so we know where they are!**
There is no charge for CAT time if a parent or adult guardian is with the student. This quiet time is intended to be used as a time to get school work done, but students may also socialize very quietly as long as they’re not distracting, as there are classes going on at the same time in the same area.
